Bilqees Sarwar Foundation (BSF) hosted an observational visit of the students from Beaconhouse School System, voluntarily representing “Hospice”, an organization working to provide door to door healthcare facilities and conduct awareness sessions across the world. Bilqees Sarwar Hospital (BSH) a charity hospital established by BSF, was shortlisted by “Hospice” after a detailed performance analysis and their reputation in the society. They visited Bilqees Sarwar Hospital (BSH) with an interest to know about their medical procedures, quality standards and services offered at BSH. 

Bilqees Sarwar Foundation (BSF) is a charitable organization with the mission to alleviate the living standards of community members, to build a community resilience in Pakistan and across the world by working in the education and healthcare sectors from past 10 years. BSF established Bilqees Sarwar Hospital (BSH) in 2014, to provide free of cost quality treatment to the most in need community members. The quality healthcare standards followed by BSH, got the attention of national and international organizations, therefore, students from Beaconhouse School System, working as volunteers for Hospice, an international NGO working to promote healthcare awareness around the globe visited BSH to know in detail about their quality standards followed by BSH.

These volunteers were searching for the top notch NGOs and charity hospitals serving the community members in Pakistan. They visited the prestigious organizations including Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre and Sahara For Life Trust to know about the healthcare standards they follow and treatment they offer. The objective of visiting BSH was to know about Punjab’s Largest Dialysis Centre operated under the management of BSH, their Eye Care Department and laser eye treatment, Diagnostic Centre and Dental Care Center.

An observational educational program was conducted for the young volunteers at Bilqees Sarwar Hospital regarding complete disease orientation about Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), Common eye and dental complications and diagnostic issues. A detailed visit of hospital was arranged for them and they were taken to every department operated at BSH with the complete orientation of the medical equipment, medical procedures delivered by the senior doctors.

BSF known as top International NGO in Pakistan

Volunteers representing Hospice were in a need to seek support from BSF to promote the Hospice concepts to provide door to door healthcare facilities and awareness related to the most common diseases. BSF was shortlisted as a rapidly emerging NGO and one of the top 6 international NGOs in Pakistan and their performance in the past years. They visited BSH and acknowledge our efforts and by highlighting our expertise in spreading Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and kidney treatment awareness and conducting Dialysis treatment in a standard environment in Punjab’s Largest Dialysis Facility.
