Bilqees Sarwar Foundation (BSF) inaugurated its first ever call center to provide an easy access to the patients for the general queries and for a smooth flow of communication with our existing and potential donors.
On 3 November, Bilqees Sarwar Foundation inaugurated their first ever “Support Centre” under the supervision of Miss Faiza (Manager Grants) with an experienced and educated team of professionals comprising of eleven representatives. The attainment of support center goals is aligned with the resolution set for Donors Data Management (DDM), arranging official donors by scheduling visits to the hospital, providing transparent reporting and modules for the donors on the disbursement of the donation and to facilitate with proper guidance on general queries.
During the inauguration, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was organized for the formal commencement of BSF “Support Centre”. This ceremony was led by Mrs. Bilqees Sarwar, Chairwoman BSF.
The idea behind this centre is to reach out more people living in the suburbs of urban areas who do not have an easy access to the hospitals and our representatives will be able to respond the frequently asked questions by the patients and donors.
Mrs. Bilqees Sarwar shared her views on this occasion, she said;
“Our family is committed to providing an easy access and quality healthcare with essential medical aid to the community members and this call centre will play an important role in addressing the patient’s concerns more actively.”

BSF Representatives working in this centre are experts in providing In-bound and Out-bound service assistance to the patients and donors regarding our online access portals and other method of donations. At the closing, sweets were distributed and refreshment was served among the participants.
